Tricia's AccuQuilt hexagon quilt
If this looks familiar, it's because I made one with the same pattern for Gina at Christmas time. We took the AccuQuilt class together in the beginning of December at Quilter's Quest. We may or may not have burned an iron-shaped spot into the top of one of their classroom tables. Luckily, they didn't seem to care since they knew they would be getting new ones for the new store location! LOL
ANYWAY...Tricia chose her favorite blues to work with and this quilt is so stunning in person. The background triangle pieces are shimmery, it's hard to tell in the photos, you'll just have to trust me!
The wideback backing was one of the ones from my collection from Keepsake Quilting's monthly club. It was perfect for this quilt, and I knew when I got it that Tricia would be the one to bring me a quilt that it would work with!
